  EpicMind Studio FX Portal ("the Portal") is a private, invite-only business management platform operated by EpicMind Studio FX, based in Montreal, Canada.

  What data we access

  The Portal connects to QuickBooks Online to access customer records, estimates, invoices, and payment status for the sole purpose of managing studio operations. No data is accessed

  beyond what is required for business operations.

  How data is used

  All data accessed through the Portal is used exclusively for internal business operations including client management, invoicing, and project tracking. Data is never sold, shared

  with, or disclosed to third parties.

  Who has access

  Access to the Portal is restricted to invited team members and clients of EpicMind Studio FX. All users are authenticated and access is role-based.

  Data storage

  Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare). QuickBooks Online credentials are encrypted and stored securely. No QuickBooks data is permanently

  cached beyond what is needed for active operations.
